Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Virginia in 1-3 business days upon being sewn & completed.

   

Estimated turnaround times are listed on the page of each product, and mainly range between the following:

-Ready made; ready to ship in 1-3 business days

-Made to order; sewn and shipped in 3-4 weeks

-Custom order/Preorder; 3-4 weeks unless stated otherwise.

If there are any emergencies that would delay the process of making your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Wholesale purchases on 10+ items may take as long as 4-5 weeks.

   

Packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 5-8 business days for First Class packages to be delivered, and 2-5 for Priority.
